The Santa Cruz Mbira Camp is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the sweet music of Zimbabwe in a beautiful and community setting, for all levels.

Class offerings in mbira, singing, hosho & drumming with Musekiwa & other guest teachers (soon to be announced)

MBIRA CAMP COST

$285 registration by August 1st
$315 after August 1st – Includes 2 nights lodging, all workshops and food.

Camp Arrivals starting Friday Sept 21st at 4:30 pm
Departure on Sunday Sept 23 at 2:00 pm

Day campers welcome, get in touch to let us know when you would like to come.

TRAVEL

The camp is held at the Moeller’s residence located in Bonny Doon about a 1/2 hour from the city of Santa Cruz. We can send detailed directions upon registration.

Closest airports are San Jose (SJC) or Monterey (MRY)
If arriving from farther away, or by plane, earlier arrival is possible, just let us know.

NOTES

Communal sleeping accommodations provided, with the option to camp.

There is also pool and hot tub available for use during your stay.
